The PC(USA) Church Growth Network (PCGN) is a supportive, learning community of PC(USA) leaders dedicated to strengthening local congregations and new faith communities in faith, size, vitality, and mission impact.
2026 PCGN Conference
OCTOBER 5-7, 2026
CINCINNATI, OHIO
The 2026 conference theme is “Finding Courage, Leading Growth.” The gathering will focus on equipping pastors, elders, and ministry leaders to practice courageous leadership and guide congregations through faithful change that leads to renewed vitality and growth. This is not about growth for the sake of growth. It is about growth in faith and numbers for the sake of helping God’s dream come true for all people!
In a time when many congregations face increasing complexity and pressure, the PCGN Conference will create space for leaders to connect, learn, and discover practical strategies for strengthening their churches’ mission and impact.
The conference will include:
Inspiring worship and keynote sessions
Practical workshops focused on church growth and leadership
Peer learning and affinity conversations
Opportunities to build relationships with growth-minded church leaders across the PC(USA)

We aspire to have a diverse group of local church leaders attending this event. Due to the limited number of spots, we cannot guarantee that everyone who wants to attend will be able to attend.
Initial registration may be limited to two people per church or midcouncil. Each individual must register separately. You may not register as a group.
Please indicate your intention to register.
After you’re confirmed, we will send final registration and payment instructions, as well as information on hotels. You are not registered to attend until you have completed the second registration and payment.
COST
$200 per person - conference registration covers continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, special treats, and shuttle transportation to and from the primary conference hotel
